Job Purpose

Manage alliances and partnerships with merchants across Kerala. Drive spends, engagement, and profitability through merchant associations across Tier 1/2/3 cities.

Key Responsibilities

Alliances with Key Merchants across Kerala

Source offers from Electronics, Apparels, Lifestyle, Grocery, and other categories.

Drive fully funded offers ensuring 26% HDFC Bank issuance share.

Execute 4+ programs per merchant across payment instruments.

Increase engagement and usage across merchants, categories, and geographies.

Spends Target

Achieve yearly incremental spends target of Rs 400 Cr.

Plan and execute state/city-level shopping festivals with merchants.

Target key shopping streets/markets for scale campaigns.

Coordinate with Business Intelligence to identify customer segments.

Marketing

Ensure Marketing responsibilities are completed.

Portfolio

Plan and roll out promotions with Campaigns and Marketing teams.

Ensure visibility through E-mailers, SMS, posters, and social media.

Promote offers via merchant stores, BTL, print, and paid channels.

Activate dormant segments through merchant offers.

Ensure HDFC Bank Card is preferred for transactions at outlets.

Maintain portfolio health and fulfill programs under merchant acquiring.

Service and Operational Excellence

Evaluate and manage vendors based on performance metrics.

Maintain TAT levels from customer requests to fulfillment.

Address customer concerns and ensure 95%+ request fulfillment.

Implement best practices through Service Excellence discussions.

Education:

MBA from Tier 1/2 schools or Graduate.
