Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven FPA Analyst with strong technical expertise in MIS reporting, expense reconciliation, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI and Advanced Excel, with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making.

Job Duties

Financial Analysis Reporting

- Prepare and deliver MIS reports with detailed variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.

-Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly reports
- Perform expense reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Upload Revenue Entries, Cost Entries and budget into Reporting Tools.
- Perform GL Reconciliation, Cost Mapping.

Budgeting Forecasting

- Assist in Consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from various departments.
-- Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for business planning.

Data Process Management

- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Support implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting and analytics.

Education: BBA/ B.Com

Experience: Fresher
