Catia Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive components using CATIA V5.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings.
• Perform GD&T, DFMEA, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Support prototype builds and product testing.
• Work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Prepare engineering documents and reports.
• Provide technical support during product development.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in CATIA V5 (Part Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, GSD).

• Good knowledge of Plastic and Sheet Metal parts.
• Experience in GD&T, DFMEA, and tolerance stack-up.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical design.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
