Category Specialist - E-commerce

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behaviors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.

• Qualifications-
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in e-commerce sales in preferably in Electronics and related industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong skills in interpreting sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Note- This is a 6 day working role (Monday to Saturday) Timings- 10:00 am to 07:00 pm Location- Royapettah, Chennai
