Category Professional - Branded Staples

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3-8 Years

We are looking for a Category Professional Branded Staples to drive category growth, profitability, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Branded Staples category including sales, margins, and P&L.
• Drive assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and SKU rationalization.
• Manage FMCG brands, vendors, and distributor relationships.
• Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, margins, schemes, and commercial terms.
• Analyze sales, margins, inventory, competition, and market trends.
• Drive new brand/SKU onboarding and category expansion.
• Work with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure availability and category growth.

Preferred Profile:
3–8 years of experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Retail Category Management, preferably handling Branded Staples such as Atta, Rice, Pulses, Edible Oils, Sugar, Dry Fruits, and Flours.
