Category Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a specific category of products within the organization's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal product offerings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform purchasing decisions and optimize product assortment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in category management or related field (e.g., program management).
• Strong understanding of PNL management principles and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
