About this role
- Ensure the achievement of category topline and profitability targets in line with the marketing plans (5%)
- Identify and help fill the gaps in the market by launching new products or modifying existing products to best suit the requirement
- Ensure the timely launch of new products through effective coordination and planning with R&D and Production teams
- Interact with the R&D and packaging team for new product and existing product improvement briefs (25%)
- Develop and implement marketing plans and activities for the category for new as well as existing products
- Development and Design of ATL / BTL activities, promotional activities, POS promotions for the category and driving the design / development of the same through third party vendors. (15%)
- Create and manage the category marketing budget by designing cost effective marketing activities (5%)
- Analyze competition trends and activities by regular market research and consumer & influencer interactions (20%)
- Analyze internal sales data to understand growth and identify problem areas / areas for growth (5%)
- Interact withx` with the sales head and regional heads to for market feedback and trends (10%).
