Category Manager Staples

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager-Branded Staples to own and drive the growth of the category through P&L management, assortment, pricing, vendor/brand partnerships, promotions, and inventory optimization.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end Branded Staples Category Management and business performance.
• Category P&L, sales, margins, pricing, and growth.
• Brand/vendor management, negotiations, and commercial partnerships.
• Assortment planning, new product/brand onboarding, and portfolio expansion.
• Promotional planning and execution to drive sales and profitability.
• Inventory availability, freshness, stock levels, and working capital.
• Data-driven category reviews, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Product/Technology, and other stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of relevant Category Management experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Branded Staples / Staples Category.
• Experience across Grocery / FMCG / E-commerce is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, margins, assortment, vendor management, and inventory.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
