Category Management Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Category Management Associate to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will act as a senior for our assigned product categories. You will be responsible for end-to-end category growth, including vendor onboarding, catalog optimization, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and running promotional campaigns to maximize GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Brand Management:Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with new sellers, brands, and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, terms of trade, and exclusive deals with vendors.
• Cataloging & Merchandising:Ensure all product listings are optimized with high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and SEO-friendly keywords.
• Improve product discoverability and visibility across the platform.
• Pricing & Promotions: Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal discounts in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment and supply operations teams to ensure smooth order dispatch and low RTO (Return to Origin) rates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key metrics (Sales, GMV, Conversion Rate, Profitability, Customer Returns).
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and new product opportunities within the category.
