Category Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, Pricing for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and optimize revenue streams.
• Analyze market intelligence data to inform category management decisions, drive PNL improvement, and enhance ROI.
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Enable and  Run boosters and competitions
  
• Understanding on product to analyze what product do we launch and align the direction for Sales team.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience with expertise in boosting sales through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategy development and execution across multiple channels (e.g., e-commerce).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and P&L management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets from market intelligence tools like Boost.
