Category Lead

The Role

Youll take a category from product and planning through

manufacturing, inventory, launch, sales and day-to-day execution.

You are the person who makes sure things actually happen - on

time, at the right cost, and to the right standard.

This is an operating role across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain,

marketing, sales, finance and leadership to ensure high-quality

product launches and operations.

What You'll Own

• Own the category end to end - product, operations, revenue and margins
• Make sure products are manufactured, stocked and launched on time
• Manage manufacturers, suppliers and partners
• Own inventory, forecasting and procurement
• Work with R&D, marketing and sales to get products to market
• Track performance and fix problems quickly
• Build scalable processes so the category runs smoothly at

scale

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of experience in category management, operations, general management, supply chain, D2C, consumer or healthcare businesses
• Strong track record of owning outcomes across multiple functions, not just managing one vertical
• Exceptional operational discipline and follow-through
• Comfortable working directly with manufacturers, vendors and external partners
• Strong commercial and financial understanding - you should be able to read a P&L and understand what moves it
• Ability to build processes from scratch without becoming bureaucratic
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data
• High ownership: if something is broken, you figure out how to fix it
• Experience launching physical products is strongly preferred
• Healthcare, pharma, nutrition, FMCG or pet experience is a

plus
