Category Lead / Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize pricing, and analyze market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage promotions, and resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance product offerings.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of category management principles, including product portfolio management and inventory planning.
• Proven track record in developing effective merchandise plans that drive business results.
