Role & responsibilities :
- Lead, manage and grow a 400 Cr product portfolio (Consumer Goods)
- Deliver both short term and long-term business objectives in terms of sales growth, market share, profitability and brand health of the specific category/ product lines
Preferred candidate profile
# Should be open for Kolkata location
A) Education: MBA from reputed B-Schools
B) Experience: 10 - 12 yrs in FMCG Product/ Brand Management
C) Handling a Product Portfolio of 200+ Cr
D) Excellent grasp of FMCG Sales & Distribution across India
E) Core Expertise: Brand/ Product Management, New Product Development, Product Launch & Lifecycle Management, GTM Strategies, Trade & Consumer Marketing
F) Hands-on knowledge of Pricing, Gross Margin, P&L management
G) Leadership capabilities
