Role & responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for Vendor Relationship Management and Buying in FMCG. i.e. , scheduling, Buying / ordering, . Simultaneously, He / she will  work and assist Buying Managerswho are resposible for leading large MNC and National Vendors.

The role holder will be responsible for managing day to day ordering , DC coordinaton and Service levels from vendors  The responsibilities will include the following:
Regular ARS orders are raised on regular basis
Engaging with buying team of vendors on servicing and lead time.
Close coordination with regional and DC teams for dispatches & deliveres.

Skills:

The candidate must have good Communication, Negotiation,  and Co-ordination skills. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. He / She will be required to maintain good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, hence good interpersonal skills are needed.
