About this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of buying, category management or commercial experience.
- Strong experience within E-commerce, marketplace, retail, beauty, health & wellness, pharmacy, FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
- Strong understanding of category management, pricing, margin and promotional planning.
- Experience managing large SKU assortments.
- Strong analytical and numerical capability.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP, BI, merchandising and/or E-commerce systems.
- Knowledge of the Saudi retail and e-commerce market is highly desirable.
- Existing supplier and brand relationships within relevant categories would be advantageous.
- Responsible for developing category strategy, selecting brands and products, negotiating with suppliers,
- managing commercial terms and driving category sales and profitability.
