Role Description The Catalog Operations Intern will support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings on HomeRun's platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and validating product data, updating item attributes and pricing, coordinating with category and operations teams to ensure catalog accuracy, and monitoring inventory or listing issues. The intern will assist with catalog-related projects, help streamline processes, and contribute to improving the customer browsing and ordering experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, working closely with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced operational environment.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and improve catalog quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with category, operations, sales, and product teams.
• Interest or exposure to operations management, with willingness to learn and support day-to-day catalog workflows.
• Basic project management skills to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and support catalog improvement initiatives.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets and digital tools; familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace catalogs is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-moving startup environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
