Catalog Manager Novel Group |
We are hiring a Catalog Manager to own the quality and accuracy of every product listing across all our platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own listings for all brands across marketplaces, quick commerce and D2C
- Create new listings and variations for launches within 48 hours
- Keep titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords and images optimised and consistent
- Upload and manage A+ / enhanced content with the design team
- Fix suppressed, blocked or inactive listings the same day
- Run regular price checks and flag MRP or selling-price errors
- Handle category approvals, brand registry and catalog tickets with platform support
- Maintain a master catalog sheet: SKUs, EANs, HSN, MRP, dimensions and images
- Run monthly listing audits and share a listing health report with the channel teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–7 years in e-commerce cataloging.
- Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho supplier panels
- Experience with quick commerce catalogs (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) is a plus
- Strong in Excel and bulk upload templates
- Good knowledge of listing SEO, A+ content and platform style guides
- FMCG, beauty or baby care catalog experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and organised
