Roles & Responsiblities

Catalogue Management

• Create and maintain product listings across e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions.
• Assign appropriate categories, attributes, and specifications to products.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, including pricing, specifications, and availability.
• Regularly review and update product listings to reflect changes in pricing, stock availability, or ongoing promotions.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular audits of the product catalogue to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in product data and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain high data quality standards across all listings.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to align catalogue strategy with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather product information and ensure smooth product launches.
• Communicate effectively to address catalogue-related challenges and identify improvement opportunities.

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a degree or background in Fashion, Apparel, Textiles, or a related field are preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or a related industry preferred.
