Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with directors, producers, and other crew members to plan and execute casting processes for film projects.
• Conduct auditions, interviews, and assessments to select suitable candidates for various roles.
• Manage the scheduling of castings, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality results.
• Collaborate with talent agencies and industry professionals to source new talent for upcoming projects.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in film production or related field (casting).
• Strong knowledge of celebrity etiquette and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients.
