Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale distributed systems using Datastax Cassandra.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the system by monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to design data models and develop ETL processes for migrating data from relational databases to Cassandra.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or other languages to streamline database administration tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x5 support.
