Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Cashier to manage day-to-day accounting and cash-handling activities at our Kurukshetra location.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily cash transactions, receipts and payments.

* Maintain cash book, petty cash and daily cash reports.

* Record and verify accounting entries and vouchers.

* Handle bank reconciliation and day-to-day banking transactions.

* Maintain bills, invoices, expenses and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments regarding payments.

* Assist in GST, TDS and other routine accounting activities.

* Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports.

* Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of accounts-related reports.

Requirements

* B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

* 45 years of relevant experience in accounting and cash handling.

* Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

* Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

* Candidates with construction/infra/project-site accounting experience will be preferred.
