Role Overview

Responsible for handling billing transactions efficiently while ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing, payments (cash/card/UPI) accurately
• Handle POS systems and generate invoices
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and daily reconciliation
• Assist customers with queries, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain queue management and quick checkout flow
• Follow company policies for billing and fraud prevention

• Basic numerical and cash handling skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
