Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Cross-sell banking products to customers to increase sales revenue.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform daily tasks efficiently.
  
• Ensure compliance with branch operations procedures and policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (cashier or teller).
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university.
  
• Strong skills in cash handling, customer handling, cross selling, retail branch operations.
