Role & responsibilities

1. Drive ACH activation for customers as per defined targets. 
2. Ensure AFC collection from allocated pool as per monthly targets. 
3. Manage cash operations, including: 
4. Timely cash deposition within one working day.
5. Accurate maintenance of cash register with denomination details.
6. Review CHP/ONR/ONN/receipt cancellation reports and ensure no exceptions. 
7. Support branch in achieving FD, MF, and Insurance business targets. 
8. Ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA. 
9. Prevent short cash out instances and ensure zero delays in cash-out processes. 
10. Collaborate with Branch Head and operations team for smooth functioning. 
11. Maintain compliance with audit and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in cash handling in NBFC/BFSI
