Account Executive (Cashier) Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive (Cashier)
Location: Mundka, Delhi
Experience: Fresher

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
• Maintain daily cash reports and perform cash reconciliation.
• Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
• Make basic accounting entries.
• Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for daily activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly transaction reports.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Tally/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Honest and responsible approach to handling cash.

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate
