We are an ISO certified Consulting Engineers located in Mumbai and catering to major MNC and EPC in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical and Heavy Industries By providing Design and Engineering Services in India and Overseas

We got your resume in the Job Portal. We require following personnel on Permanent Basis in Logistic Company

• Maintaining daily cash report in the system
• Approving expenses by taking all necessary approvals
• Preparing vouchers with all necessary supporting documents and sending them on a weekly basis to HO for audit
• Ensuring that cash report is prepared on a daily basis and mailed to HO for audit
• Ensuring all collection with respect to Paid and To Pay consignments is received on a daily basis
• Sending outstanding statements to credit parties on weekly basis and following up for payment
• Settling accounts with local vendors on time
• Any other tasks with respect to cash and reporting

Skills required:

• Good Communication
• Knowledge of working in ERP Systems
• MS Office and Excel
