An established legal and immigration business operating in Australia and India is seeking motivated and professional Client Managers to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by telephone, email and online meetings.
• Understand client enquiries and provide clear information about available services.
• Coordinate client appointments, documents and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records and update case-management systems.
• Liaise with solicitors, immigration professionals and internal team members.
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure clients receive timely updates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and suitable home workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters.
• Professional, organised and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience or education in immigration services, legal services, client management, administration or a related field will be considered more suitable. However, suitable training may be provided to the right candidate.
