CASA Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit balances, reduce attrition rates, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in CASA sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of current accounts, savings accounts, and other financial products offered by banks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
