CASA Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
• Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for insurance products.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for CASA sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of CASA acquisition processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
