Casa Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and credit cards through effective sales strategies.
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, investment products, and other financial services to existing clients.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and retain business.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 2-9 years of experience in BFSI industry with a focus on CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition.
• Strong understanding of banking products including current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
