Casa Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other CASA products.
• Cross-sell banking services to existing customers to increase revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of financial products.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in CASA sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of current account, saving account, and other CASA products offered by the bank.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
