Casa Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio by acquiring new customers and increasing deposits through effective sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance their loyalty and retention.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products such as saving accounts, insurance policies, etc.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in branch banking or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current account, retail liabilities, and acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong customer relationships.
