Carrier Relationship Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Source new carrier connects and routes with existing partners and set up interconnects with new clients globally.
2. Negotiate bilateral and hubbing deals to improve traffic, margin figures, and maintain defined margin, revenue, and volume targets.
3. Build and manage new relationships commercially and operationally with carrier partners.
4. Optimize costs and margins by implementing least cost routing.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Tier-I, Tier-II, and VOIP operators.
2. Share updates on operational management of telco connects and escalate issues where necessary.
3. Work closely with other departments to enhance customer experience for international SMS.
4. Conduct commercial negotiations with carrier partners regularly.
