Designation: Carrier Relations Specialist. Carrier Relations Representatives are responsible for prospecting, onboarding, and growing relationships with carriers. As the Carrier Relations Representative, you will work directly with other functions within carrier sales to ensure new carriers are properly assigned to representatives and/or regions

Job Responsibility

• Manage carrier onboarding by ensuring all systems are updated.

• Invoicing and reconciliation of Carrier Accounts • Administer and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all contracts from carriers; process changes/amendments of existing contracts and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.

• Invoice Collection from the carriers

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics

• Sales-minded individual and team-oriented player

• Self-motivated individual with proven sales ability

• Desire to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships

• Strong organizational skills
