Cargo operations specialist

In depth knowledge of end-to-end Airline Cargo Operation processes. Hands on experience in working of cargo management platform (CHAMP Cargospot &Traxon.) with detailed knowledge of various operational modules viz Customer Management, Stock Management,Reservation & Booking,AWB Capture & Validation,Tariff & Pricing,Capacity & Allotment Management, Export & Import Management,Revenue and Billing, EDI message, API integration.

Act as Level 1 functional support for cargo operations and CHAMP-related issues.Resolve escalations and exceptions during cargo operation process & be the go to person for any operational issues in the cargo supply chain.

Delivery trainings and development sessions to build operational knowledge within the team

Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.
