Caretaker

We are seeking experienced Caretakers to work on a temporary ongoing basis at residential developments in Bishop's Stortford. You will be responsible for maintaining the communal areas to a high standard, carrying out regular patrols, litter picking, bin store management, general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, contractor supervision, and investigating resident issues such as leaks, noise complaints, and communal facility concerns. You will also complete routine health and safety checks, including fire door inspections, emergency equipment testing, and site inspections, ensuring the development remains safe, clean, and well maintained at all times. The ideal candidates will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
