Job Description:

• Monitor daily sales, orders, collections, and planning reports.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure timely stock availability as per monthly sales plans.
• Monitor stock availability for manufacturing locations and ensure smooth inventory planning.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly stock indent requirements.
• Handle transportation costing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate statutory documentation and follow up with distributors.
• Prepare and follow up on distributor agreements with the Head Office and field teams.
• Process and settle distributor credit notes and claims.
• Coordinate physician sample planning and dispatch to the field force.
• Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports.
• Compile and maintain monthly batch-wise stock statements from distributors.
