• Valid Commercial Driving License – LMV or HMV (as applicable)
• Good understanding of safe driving practices and highway rules
• Preferred experience in transporting commercial vehicles, machinery, or passenger cars
•  Must be able to follow route schedules, use GPS systems, and adapt to real-time traffic updates
• Knowledge of major national and state highways is a plus

• Experienced in fleet scheduling, shipment coordination, and dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and logistics tracking systems for accurate documentation and real-time shipment monitoring.
• Strong communication skills with expertise in client coordination, reporting, and resolving transport-related issues.

• Skilled in performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experienced in maintaining maintenance records, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating with drivers for timely vehicle servicing.

• Experienced in overseeing daily warehouse operations and yard management to ensure smooth material handling and inventory flow.

• Skilled in supervising teams, coordinating shipments, and maintaining safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conducting regular inventory audits to optimize stock accuracy and storage.

• Experienced in handling data entry, document management, and office coordination to support smooth business operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and managing emails, schedules, and internal communications.

• Skilled in maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing timely support to various departments and clients.
