Career Development Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals.
• Conduct admission counseling sessions with prospective students to determine eligibility for programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to promote our organization's services.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in career development or a related field (education/training).
• Strong communication skills for effective client counselling and student interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an outbound sales environment.
