Career Development Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide educational counseling to students on various courses and programs offered by the institution.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote educational services and products.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or related field (edtech).
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective phone conversations with clients.
• Strong convincing power for successful sales pitches over the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
