Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective career development programs for students, faculty members, and staff.
• Provide guidance on academic planning, goal setting, and skill building to enhance professional growth.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design curriculum materials that align with industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on soft skills development, interviewing techniques, and resume writing.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in education or edtech sector as a Career Development Officer or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Strong understanding of educational sales principles; knowledge of market trends in the education industry.
