Career Development Officer (CDO) / Career Development Executive (CDE)

Role & responsibilities :

Career Development Officer / Executive

• Counsel students and working professionals on suitable executive education programs.
• Understand candidates career goals and recommend relevant courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and virtual counseling.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes.
• Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Provide professional, ethical, and customer-centric career counseling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with HSC/12th pass qualification; graduates/postgraduates preferred.
• Hardcore outbound sales experience is mandatory.
• EdTech experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, fluency, and sales aptitude.
• Strong ability to counsel students/working professionals and understand their career requirements.
• Experience in lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and achieving sales/admission targets.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and virtual counseling.
• Candidates with a stable employment history are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
