Job Title: Student Success Manager- UK - Ireland- Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Multi-Destination Study Abroad Counsellor with 3-4+ years of experience in overseas education counselling. The candidate should have expertise in guiding students for UK, Ireland (predominantly) but good to have experience in Dubai, Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Malta and other countries If any), and other international study markets. The role involves counselling students, managing applications, and supporting students throughout the admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents end to end regarding study abroad opportunities across multiple destinations.
• Guide students on course selection, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Should know counselling, application and visa process.
• Handle end-to-end student application processes including documentation and university submissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure conversion and enrollment.
• Stay updated with international education trends, university updates, and visa regulations.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly targets related to applications, enrollments, and conversions.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and outreach activities when required.

Requirements

• 3- 4+ years of experience in overseas education counselling.
• Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland and admission processes.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students independently and work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and student management processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage.
