Career Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct career guidance and awareness sessions for students to 9th & 10th grade
• Counsel students on career options, higher education opportunities, and skill development pathways
• Help students identify their interests, strengths, and future career goals
• Deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one counselling sessions
• Coordinate with school management and stakeholders for session planning
• Prepare reports, student records, and session documentation
• Use presentations, MS Office tools, and digital resources during sessions
• Travel to different locations for conducting career guidance programs and student engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• Prior experience in counselling, teaching, training, or student engagement is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
• Candidate should be flexible and willing to travel extensively

Mandatory Requirements

• Traveling is mandatory for this role
• Candidate must own a laptop
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
