Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools and conduct engaging career guidance sessions for students of Classes 11 & 12.
  • Deliver presentations on career options, courses, universities and higher-education opportunities in India and abroad.
  • Identify interested students during school engagements and provide personalised one-to-one counselling.
  • Conduct individual counselling sessions with students and parents, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Regularly follow up with students through phone calls, WhatsApp and virtual meetings.
  • Understand each students academic profile, interests, career aspirations and higher-education goals.
  • Guide students through course and university selection and relevant admission pathways.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with students throughout their counselling journey.
  • Maintain proper records of student interactions, counselling sessions and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, students, parents and school leadership teams.
