About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join the Adda247 BFSI team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and learning needs, and guiding them toward the right BFSI learning programs and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels to understand their career goals, learning needs, and aspirations.
• Explain and pitch Adda247 BFSI programs, courses, and learning solutions to prospective learners.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend the most suitable program based on their goals and interests.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement and counselling to follow-ups and final conversion.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and establish trust through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Handle learner queries, concerns, and objections effectively and provide relevant solutions to drive conversions.
• Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with leads to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
