Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls with clients to collect detailed career information for the service.
• Understand client experience, achievements, roles, and career goals through structured discussions.
• Capture accurate and complete information required for profile/CV development.
• Coordinate with the Resume Development (ResDev) team to ensure quality output.
• Follow up with clients for additional inputs, clarifications, or approvals.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within defined TAT.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
• Deliver a high level of customer experience and professionalism during interactions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and probing skills.
• Strong listening and comprehension ability.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle professional-level conversations with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment.
• Experience in profile building, CV services, or consulting roles is an advantage.
