About the Role

We are looking for a Care Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day delivery of our services and ensure a smooth experience for seniors, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate care services.
• Create and maintain care plans based on individual needs.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments, schedules, attendance and replacements.
• Maintain regular communication with seniors and their families.
• Conduct periodic home visits and service-quality checks.
• Handle customer concerns and operational escalations.
• Monitor caregiver performance and support caregiver onboarding.
• Maintain client and caregiver records and basic MIS.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
• Ensure UnoCura's care and service standards are followed consistently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, home care, hospitality, customer service, operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Compassionate and comfortable interacting with senior citizens and their families.
• Good problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Telugu and Hindi preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client/home visits.

Experience in home healthcare, elder care or patient care will be an advantage.
