Position Title: CARE - Mechanical designer
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Location: Chennai
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Qualification B.E. / Diploma.

Experience

5 - 10 years Experience at Line builder / Service provider / OEM with required skills

Key Job Responsibilities

Work with corporate counterparts - understand the requirement and communicate effectively.

Expertise in UG NX, CAD & 3D modelling

Validate the mechanical design of CARE related equipment, process & facilities

New design, Modify the design of the above CARE related topics as on when required'

3 D model from the SCAN points data

Daily analysis and treatment of level 1 and orientation to level 2 (technical correspondent if necessary)

Experience in automotive environment - Develop & implement controls solutions for body shop, paint shop, assembly shop, Battery shop is desirable.

Communicate effectively and work in collaboration with NA CARE team and all customers, suppliers and plant staffs

Working in shifts to manage the NA region timing when required.

Could open in complement on a technical correspondent job

Key Skills

Hands-on experience in UG NX, CAD, 3D modelling

3D modelling with cloud points data base

Knowledge in problem-solving methods

Knowledge in PLM is desirable

Software skills

MS Office

Power BI

UG NX, PLM, A CAD
