We are looking for compassionate, professionally trained and dedicated Caregivers, General Duty Assistants (GDA), Nursing Attendants, ANM, GNM and B.Sc. Nursing professionals to provide personalized elderly care and home healthcare services across Delhi/NCR.

Your responsibility is not just to assist senior citizens with their daily needs, but to become their trusted companion, ensuring their physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist seniors with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene and maintaining personal cleanliness.
• Bed Making & Comfort: Prepare beds, change bedsheets, maintain cleanliness, assist with repositioning and help prevent bedsores.
• Health Monitoring: Check and record blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, temperature and other vital signs as trained and authorized.
• Feeding & Nutrition: Ensure timely meals, assist with feeding, maintain hydration and follow prescribed dietary schedules.
• Massage & Mobility Support: Provide gentle comfort massage where appropriate, assist with walking, basic mobility exercises and physiotherapy routines as advised by healthcare professionals.
• Medication Assistance: Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed medication routines within the caregiver's qualifications and authorized scope.
• Elderly Companionship: Engage seniors in meaningful conversations, recreational activities, reading, light exercises and emotional support.
• Daily Living Assistance: Support walking, wheelchair movement, transfers, changing clothes, maintaining personal belongings and everyday activities.
• Patient Safety: Maintain hygiene, prevent falls, observe changes in health conditions and promptly report concerns to family members or medical professionals.
• Family Communication: Provide regular updates about the senior's daily routine, food intake, health observations and overall well-being.
• Dignity & Happiness: Ensure seniors are treated with patience, kindness, respect and empathy, helping them live a happy and dignified life.

Eligibility & Skills

• GDA / ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification preferred.
• Freshers with relevant training and experienced caregivers can apply.
• Knowledge of elderly care, patient handling, personal hygiene and basic health monitoring.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English-speaking candidates will receive preference for premium assignments.
• Compassionate, trustworthy, disciplined and service-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work at clients' homes or designated senior care facilities across Delhi/NCR.
• Experience in dementia care, bedridden patient care, post-hospitalization support or assisted living will be an added advantage.

Candidates with strong English communication skills, professional caregiving knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills may qualify for premium caregiving assignments with annual compensation of up to 4,00,000.
